GigBlade
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GigBlade ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website, waitlist, artist pages, and related services (the "Services").
We collect information you provide, such as artist name, email, country, city, Instagram, and website when you join the waitlist or manage a page. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device information, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the Services.
If you publish a page, we host the content you upload (bio, photos, links) and booking requests submitted by third parties through your form. We process that data to provide the panel and the public page, not to sell it.
We use personal information to operate the waitlist and the platform, to host your page, to deliver booking requests to you, to secure the Services, to provide support, and to comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performing a contract with you; our legitimate interest in running and securing the Services; legal obligations; and consent where required.
We share information with infrastructure providers that host the site and database, and only as needed to run the Services. We may also share information to comply with law or to protect GigBlade or others. Providers are bound to protect the data.
We may process information on servers outside Costa Rica (including the United States or the EU) through our hosting providers. We take steps appropriate to the destination when required by law.
We keep waitlist and account data while the service is active and as needed for legal, security, and dispute reasons. When you leave, we delete or anonymize data that we no longer need, except where the law requires otherwise.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise those rights, contact hola@gigblade.com.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate and secure the site. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may stop working if you disable them.
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy and will post the new version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
